Ascent provides confidential support for women aged 16+ affected by domestic and sexual violence and abuse across London. We offer one-to-one counselling in multiple languages, group support sessions, safety planning, self-care support, and information, advice and referrals. Services are delivered in safe locations across several London boroughs, with group sessions available in Ealing and Merton.

Jasmine

Jasmine Project provides free, confidential counselling and support to women living in Ealing who are affected by substance misuse and experience mental health and/or domestic abuse.

Life Therapies

We offer one to one counselling. We have a team of caring counsellors who will support you through your counselling journey, while offering a confidential, non-judgemental and holistic approach to you and you’re your wellbeing.

Tamil Counselling

Tamil mental health counselling project provides a culturally appropriate mental health counselling and support service for adults from the Tamil community experiencing mental health problems, including Post traumatic stress disorder, severe depression, alcohol, and anxiety.
